Our work focuses on the integration of real-time data streams in support of providing care givers, patients, and family members access to coordinated, holistic care information. We currently offer configurable solutions for procedural area integration (e.g. operating rooms), fall prevention, virtual nursing, and multi-source audio/video collaboration. In addition, we offer scalable custom solutions for addressing room to enterprise level collaboration needs.  Banyan Medical Systems is an innovative Healthcare IT integrator looking for dynamic, energetic, accountable, and highly self-motivated individuals to join our team.


Network operation center analyst is responsible the installation, maintenance, support, and documentation of all network components and programs at Banyan Medical Systems, Affiliates and Customers. As a Banyan Medical Systems Network Operations Center Analysts, you will provide technical support for end users of our computer network systems and programs. You will become quite involved in both the business and technical side of the company. This means it will be necessary to identify problems within the business and then identify a suitable technical solution. You will be required to plan, design, analyze, correct, and provide technical support and documentation for internal and external data communications network and group of networks in the company LAN/MAN/WAN.


  1. Operating in a 24/7 call center handling incoming customer calls, monitoring, and repairing systems operations and troubleshooting systems problems.
  2. May include traveling on-site, replacing/installing equipment and trouble-shooting connectivity problems.
  3. Documentation of new and existing processes, working alongside co-workers and boundary partners producing “How to” documentation for internal and external use.
  4. Research and evaluation of network technology and recommendations of network/PC/server equipment.
  5. Require high expectations to attention of ticketing processes, documentation, and SLA’s.
  6. Ability to accept additional challenges and changes in an ever-growing NOC environment.
  7. Ability to be a self-starter and complete industry standard certifications.


  1. Heavy experience in Customer Service Call Center experience, ticketing agents, and follow though and follow up (required).
  2. Experience with MS Office Suite (required).
  3. Excellent persona and phone etiquette (required).
  4. Multi-Tasker with sense of urgency (required).
  5. Ability to accept additional challenges and change in an ever-growing NOC environment (required).
  6. High attention to ticketing processes, documentation, and SLA (required).
  7. Desire to learn, work and contribute to self-development (required).
  8. Experienced in PC and Network setup and repair. CompTIA A+ Net+ certifications or similar/relevant experience (preferred).
  9. Remote desktop support and repair (preferred).
  10. Familiar with all aspects of the Banyan AURA installation, operation and troubleshooting processes (internal required).

Participation in an on-call/afterhours rotation as well as staffing assignments in a 24/7 call center
